THE NEW KAISAI PRO+ WALL-MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONER

THE NEW KAISAI PRO+ WALL-MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONER

The Pro+ air conditioner – a newcomer to the KAISAI range for the 2020 season – is an appliance with a very-high energy efficiency classification.

The Pro+ wall-mounted air conditioner is yet another new unit introduced by KAISAI which operates using an ecological R32 refrigerant. Its use facilitates the achieving of the very-high energy efficiency classification A++ for both heating and cooling, which is confirmed by the SEER-index value 8.1 and the SCOP-index value 4.6.

The appliance is characterised by its wide range of operating temperatures (from -15˚C to +43˚C for cooling and from -30˚C to +30˚C for heating). This ensures economical cooling, and constitutes the ideal heating source for rooms in cool-environment zones.

The Pro+ combines modern design and a high degree of usage comfort, provided by a convenient wireless controller, which incorporates a range of useful functions, such as air ionising and 3D ventilation. As with all KAISAI wall-mounted units, as standard the Pro+ model is equipped with a Wi-Fi module, allowing the remote control of the unit’s operation using mobile phone or tablet.

More information about the new air conditioner can be found in the leaflet.

THE NEW KAISAI CARE WALL-MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONER

THE NEW KAISAI CARE WALL-MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONER

Another KAISAI innovation this year is the Care model, which in a specific mode ensures clean air in the home. The air conditioner has double filters, which block pollen and dust, absorbing mites and removing bad smells from the air. The I-Clean function effects the efficient removal of dust and mould from the appliance, and prevents the growth of bacteria, maintaining the cleanness of the appliance’s interior.

Thanks to the air-ionisation function, the appliance removes particles of mites, mould, bacteria, and viruses. An additional effect of the ioniser is air humidification, which positively affects the skin, and imparts a pleasant feeling of freshness in air-conditioned rooms.

THE KAISAI RADIO CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN LAUNCHED!

THE KAISAI RADIO CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN LAUNCHED!

On the 11th of May this year, KAISAI launched a radio campaign in Poland, which is line with the slogan “Air conditioning for your home and office,” promoting the use of air-comfort equipment in places where people reside or work.

For nearly 2 months (from 11 May to 3 July), the KAISAI’s advertising spots will be broadcast on the two biggest and most-popular radio stations in Poland, which are part of the Eurozet Group, namely Radio Zet and Antyradio.

With the coming season of warm, and the at times even scorching summer, as was the case last year, in mind, we would like to guide the listeners to a product which will certainly improve their quality of life when they stay indoors, be it their home or office – comments Ewa Pilarska, Marketing and PR Director at the Klima-Therm Group. She then adds: Air conditioning used to be a sign of luxury, but today, fortunately for us, it has become a product available to all, with its performance greatly improving the comfort of life. The most human-friendly temperature is between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius. So, when it’s hot outside the window, it’s nice to improve your well-being with the right temperature.

During the campaign, sponsored spots will be broadcast from Monday to Friday, i.e. 5 days a week, in different bands, before and after selected programmes which are most popular among the listeners.

KAISAI WINS THE “LIDER INSTALACJI 2020” (“INSTALLATION LEADER”) COMPETITION

KAISAI WINS THE “LIDER INSTALACJI 2020” (“INSTALLATION LEADER”) COMPETITION

The jury of the 2020 edition of the “Lider Instalacji” competition has awarded the KAISAI brand with a prestigious industry environment prize, distinguishing the latest series of KAISAI One air conditioners. From the perspective of all the activities carried out for the purpose of creating the Klima-Therm Group brand, the award received in the “Marketing and Market Development” category can also be seen as a crowning statuette.

The idea behind the “Lider Instalacji” competition, which is held every two years, came from Grupa Medium, and the editors of the “Rynek Instalacyjny” magazine. A jury composed of independent experts – representatives of universities, industry institutions, and consumer organisations – assesses the products submitted to the competition, in terms of their innovativeness and environmentally friendly solutions, as well as their marketing activities and popularisation of modern technologies. The ceremony for awarding the statuettes to the winners of this year’s edition of the competition will take place at the “Targi Instalacje” (Installations Fair) in Poznań, which is planned to be held between the 18th and 19th of November, 2020.

In the “Ventilation and Air-conditioning” category, the “Installation Leader 2020” statuette was awarded to the split-type Kaisai ONE (KRX) wall-mounted air conditioner – an energy-efficient device combining high operating parameters and modern design with exceptionally simple installation, maintenance, and cleaning. The new design of the air conditioner, and the optimised arrangement of the individual components inside the unit, save time during installation and daily operation. Additionally, thanks to using state-of-the-art technology and R32 refrigerant, the air conditioner can operate at a very-wide range of outdoor temperatures. KAISAI One also ensures high comfort of use, which is provided by a modern wireless remote control and a WiFi function as standard, for controlling the device using your cell phone or tablet.

The prize awarded for the product was also accompanied by a statuette awarded in the “Marketing and Market Development of the Company” category, can be seen as a special crowning achievement regarding all the image-related and pro-sales activities being implemented by the Klima-Therm Group, in recognition of its building a strong leading brand on the HVACR market.

WHAT DOES AN A/C TECHNICAL SERVICE CONSIST OF AND WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?

WHAT DOES AN A/C TECHNICAL SERVICE CONSIST OF AND WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?

Air conditioning in our house provides unique comfort during hot summer days, but you should remember to clean it on a regular basis, in order to make sure it always works efficiently.

A dirty air conditioner becomes a natural base for all kinds of micro-organisms, fungi and moulds, which has a negative impact on our health. Those suffering from allergies should be particularly vigilant, as pollen and mites, to which they are particularly allergic, can also be found in dirty air conditioning systems, and enter our bodies with the pumped air with no effort at all.

In this respect, disinfection is a particularly important service operation performed on the indoor unit. There is a wide range of products available on the market with cleaning, disinfecting, bactericidal and mould-repellent properties. Some of them require rinsing with water after use, while others allow the air conditioning system to start up after just a few minutes, without any need to rinse it. All chemical preparations must be certified in terms of its chemical composition and impact on the health of users.

Is A/C servicing only necessary for health reasons?

The proper maintenance of an air conditioning system has a major impact on extending its service life, as well. By carrying out regular maintenance, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the A/C units can operate for many years, while maintaining their technical parameters, such as performance, noise level and electricity consumption. Thanks to the cyclical inspections, minor defects can also be detected and remedied in good time, thus preventing more serious failures. Therefore, maintenance should be carried out twice a year: in spring and autumn, to ensure its optimum level.

In facilities more exposed to pollution, such as service points, restaurants, or technical rooms, service inspections should be carried out more frequently. It is also advisable to increase the frequency of maintenance activities, throughout the year, when using air conditioning not only for the purpose of cooling but also for heating the air.

We should also bear in mind that the obligation to maintain the air-conditioning system results not only from the economic calculation and care for our health, but it is also a pre-condition for maintaining a warranty on the air conditioning system.

The basic activities performed during air conditioning maintenance:

  • monitoring air filter contamination in the indoor unit – its changing or washing;
  • washing and disinfecting the inner heat exchanger with a cleaning and disinfecting agent;
  • monitoring and washing the condensate system – unclogging, if required;
  •  cleaning the external heat exchanger.

In addition, the following inspections are also carried out during maintenance:

  • the condition of the fans in both the indoor and outdoor units;
  • the air-tightness of the system and the amount of refrigerant in the unit;
  • values of the current consumed by the air conditioning components;
  • status of the batteries in the remote control.

If carried out in this manner, the inspection will reassure us that the quality of the air being blown out is correct and we can enjoy the efficient operation of the air conditioning system. All service operations should be carried out by a qualified service company, which has all the necessary authorisation certificates.
